Service & Support

Customer service is central to Shilliday’s success in the marketplace. We have a large team of mobile engineers and fully equipped service vehicles, whose activities are coordinated by our Armagh-based service office.

Response times are very important to us, and we aim for the majority of queries to be responded to within 8 working hours, with a prioritised response for our service contract customers.

We know that problems can occur at any time of the day or night, so we have a team of Shilliday stand-by engineers, who are available to help you with urgent queries outside working hours and at weekends. They can be reached by contacting our out-of-hours telephone operators on our normal telephone numbers.

All of our staff take the time to log every action taken by our service team, enabling an efficient diagnosis of any refrigeration or air conditioning problems.
